Vince Riggio is the Founder and President of Trinity Development Group, a commercial real estate development firm specializing in the revitalization of underperforming or problem properties. Since establishing the company in 1996, Vince has built a reputation for transforming neglected nonperforming properties and sites into vibrant, community-centered developments contributing to significant economic impact and increased tax base.   His success stems from a unique ability to collaborate effectively with local governments, community stakeholders, and residents, ensuring that each project aligns with both the economic and social needs of the neighborhoods and communities they serve.

Vince’s career further expanded through leading the retail growth of several prominent brands, including TJX, Homegoods, Marshalls, Walmart, Home Depot, Publix, Aldi, PetSmart, Chase and may more nationals.
