
Vincent A. Riggio – Founding Partner of TRINITY Development Group, Inc.

Since founding the company in 1996, his main development responsibilities include project coordination, financing, budgeting, equity structure, due diligence, government relations, lease review and legal aspects for each project. Vince’s experience also includes site selection, zoning, comprehensive land use changes, and site planning and review, as well as the successful acquisition and disposition of problem or distressed properties.
Currently, Vince devotes efforts towards developing one of TRINITY’s mixed use student housing and retail projects, The Luxe which is featuring 390 beds of Class A luxury student housing anchored with 14,255 square feet of prime retail space in Tallahassee, Florida. He also is aligning and re branding Chamblee Plaza (170,000 sq.ft) and realigning with the Community in Chamblee, Georgia. Beyond his accomplishments at TRINITY, Vince was one of two founding members of RAM Development Group, Inc., which focuses on commercial real estate development throughout the Southeast. In addition to these endeavors, Vince has developed drug stores, retail tire stores, and owned and operated five national franchise restaurants in Atlanta.
Professionally, Vince has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1995, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1989 and a Rotarian for 15 years. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Florida since 1982, Georgia since 1995 and Colorado since 2006. Vince is also dedicated to the community having served as a Board Member of the Nicholas House, which houses and rehabilitates homeless families, and was the founding Board member of Project Impact, which assists and rehabilitates at risk inner-city youth.
When he’s not enjoying outdoor activities, you can find Vince at his home in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Cinda; two daughters; and one son.
