If there was any doubt the MARTA Gold Line is drawing investment to the northeastern ITP city of Chamblee, they should be squashed pretty soon. In fact, the Gold Line is becoming a veritable gold mine for developers — or at least they hope it will be.
According to an agenda for the upcoming Chamblee Architectural Review Board meeting, a new apartment-centric mixed-use development could be joining the ranks of transit-oriented developments situated along Peachtree Boulevard.
